Designed for ages 3-5, this small-group class (6-8 students) meets weekly for one hour over 8 weeks, providing a consistent and supportive learning experience.

#### Feelings in Focus helps children explore emotions through storytelling, art, and guided conversation. In a supportive environment, kids learn to recognize feelings, build empathy, and develop tools to express themselves with confidence. Because understanding emotions is an essential part of growing up.
