Designed for ages 3-5, this small-group class (6-8 students) meets weekly for one hour over 8 weeks, providing a consistent and supportive learning experience.

Grounded & Graceful invites children to explore movement with intention. Through playful yoga flows, balance exercises, and guided motion, kids develop strength, coordination, and body awareness in a calm, supportive environment. This class encourages children to slow down, breathe deeply, and experience the joy of moving with both energy and ease.
